Mission Alliance is looking for a highly motivated individual to fulfill the position of Finance Monitoring Officer within the operations team.
The officer will ensure smooth and effective technical support and financial monitoring of partners and programs in close collaboration with the operations team and program team.
The main responsibilities are to conduct financial monitoring visits, review partner reports and supporting documentation, support capacity building and training of local partner finance staff, ensure compliance with donor regulations (such as NORAD, EU), and maintain good dialogue and communication with both local partners and the Oslo office.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of financial management experience, preferably in an NGO or development sector.
Familiarity with donor-funded project finance and exposure to donor compliance (e.g., NORAD, EU, etc.).
Experience working with partners, reviewing reports, conducting financial monitoring visits, and supporting capacity building.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and advanced level Excel.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and training abilities.
Commitment to safeguarding policies and dedication to equity and inclusion.
