Technician

• Lead and organize the installation team to install solar PV system by following work plan assigned by Site Manager.
• Regular check and follow up with installation team to ensure the work done following the quality target and schedule set.
• Measure and mark areas for mounting structure and solar panel placement.
• Mount and secure solar panels on rooftops or ground mounts.
• Run and connect electrical wiring and inverters.
• Ensure proper system grounding.
• Troubleshoot and repair the system, solve the problem and ensure equipment operates reliably.
• Make daily, weekly and monthly report.
• Identify hazard, unsafety condition, mitigate and report to safety supervisor.
• Performs other duties assigned by Site Manager.

Kamworks is looking for professional with the following background

• Bachelor degree of electrical engineer/electronic or equivalent ●Have more than 1 year of work experience ●Have mechanical skill such as welding, cutting, and measurement ●Excellent in organizational skill, communication skills, problem solving ability on technical issue and execution ability.
• Good command of spoken and written in English is preferred ●Familiar with safety protocols and procedures ●Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to travel to project sites in various locations whenever necessary ●Have driving license in Cambodia if prefer.
