Room to Read Cambodia is seeking a qualified local firm or consultant team to support baseline data collection for the 2026-2029 evaluation of its Co-Educational life skills programming.
The evaluation examines two implementation models: the Co-Ed co-implemented delivery model in Kampot and the Co-Ed accelerated model operating across multiple provinces.
The baseline will administer the Cambodia Adolescent Life Skills Assessment (ALSA Co-Ed) to Grade 9 students in treatment and control sites.
The planned coverage is 56 sites and approximately 3,320 students, plus students in the two Co-Ed co-implemented control sites.
For the Co-Ed accelerated model, Room to Read selected four provinces including Prey Veng, Kampong Thom, Siem Reap, and Kampot.
Each province will include five treatment and five control sites.
The target is 17 girls and 17 boys per site, where enrolment permits.
