Monitor telecom network quality, identify issues, and support timely resolution to maintain service reliability.
Coordinate installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities at site and customer locations.
Support fault reporting, escalation, and follow-up with internal teams, vendors, and field engineers.
Carry out preventive maintenance and help ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance.
Prepare accurate service logs, maintenance records, and technical reports for operational tracking.
Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver professional, responsive support.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical, or a related technical field.
Experience in telecom operations, field engineering, network maintenance, or technical support.
Strong troubleshooting skills with knowledge of hardware, systems, and service quality processes.
Ability to read technical diagrams, manuals, and maintenance procedures accurately.
Good communication, teamwork, and customer service skills with a professional attitude.
Willingness to work in the field and respond to operational needs as required.
Knowledge of HSE-aware work practices and safety compliance is an advantage.
