Site Engineer

Support daily construction operations, ensure work quality and safety, and coordinate site activities to help deliver residential development projects efficiently.

• Supervise daily construction work and track progress against project plans and targets.
• Ensure all site activities follow approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve site issues promptly.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage to support efficient site operations.
• Conduct site inspections and help maintain compliance with HSE and safety regulations.
• Verify completed work and assist with quality control, reporting, and handover tasks.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience, preferably in real estate or residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project reporting/documentation tools.
• Good communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and coordination skills.
• Able to work on-site in Phnom Penh, Dangkao, and support project deadlines.
