Restaurant Manager

• Act as a role model for the store staff, assist recruiting, motivating and coaching to provide quality service and food to customers.
• Priorities customer needs, resolve conflicts or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule and manage shifts for servers, kitchen staff and other team members.
• Oversee day to day operations to ensure a smooth functioning restaurant.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards for food, service and cleanliness.
• Ensure staff understand and maintain appropriate food safety and hygiene standards.
• Conduct closing inventories, ensuring accurate records of all product stock, operational and service equipment.
• Opening and closing the restaurant.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Proven work experience in a restaurant setting Demonstrated management, leadership and customer service skills Excellent conflict resolution abilities and professionally able to address customer complaints Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Be able to understand basic written and spoken Korean (Preferred)
