Design and lead practical implementation of CAPRED's initiatives on the care economy, inclusive employment, or entrepreneurship.
Support monitoring, evaluation and research related to CAPRED GEDSI interventions.
Support communications and advocacy related to CAPRED's interventions and closely collaborate with the public sector on GEDSI practices and principles.
Demonstrate a hands-on approach in driving inclusive practices within CAPRED's technical sectors and/or related sectors by leading and promoting cutting-edge inclusion thinking across CAPRED and its partners.
Provide practical guidance to CAPRED team and its partners on inclusive policy reforms and practices, particularly in the care economy.
Support CAPRED technical staff to assess GEDSI needs, risks, and opportunities.
