About the role

Strengthen and help communities to own their development.
Work with communities to build their resilience and capacity to adapt to climate change.
Ensure targeted villages have comprehensive general village information, and properly compile and maintain records.
Understand the context, needs, and issues in the target villages.
Coordinate with communities to create annual development plans.
Provide support and encourage communities in production and sales.
Strengthen community partners to solve challenges and collaborate with stakeholders in the community.
Encourage inclusive development participation from vulnerable groups, people with disabilities, women, and children to increase household income, especially for the poor, ensuring their well-being and food security.
Regularly monitor and evaluate project activities, changes, progress, and results.
Ensure project funds are spent efficiently and clearly.

Requirements

Have expertise in agriculture or have at least 1 year of experience in agriculture or market linkage.
Experienced in coordinating and training communities.
Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet, AI, Google Drive...).
Able to read and write English well.
Good communication skills with teams and networks.
Commitment to work with the poor and reside in the target village with the community.
Must have high responsibility and integrity.
