Visit cosmetics shops in markets across Phnom Penh and travel to provinces when necessary.
Plan and carry out sales and marketing activities.
Research market trends.
Collect market information about customer needs.
Closely with the distributor.
Prepare monthly sales reports.
Welcome customers with a smile and communicate politely and cheerfully.
Host live streams and review products.
Respond to customers via chat and handle B2C and B2B shipping arrangements.

1-2 years of field sales experience.
Experience in cosmetics industry sales.
A bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
Conversational English skills for communicating with Japanese and Vietnamese colleagues.
A creative mindset and an honest, friendly attitude.
Good team and communication skills.
Flexibility to perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Experience managing social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Ability to create and edit content, including photos, videos, and graphics.
Experience using Canva and CapCut.
