Senior Sales Executive

• Monitor and achieve self-monthly sales and payment collection targets for stationery and photocopy paper (PPC) via various stationery channels and customers in respective provinces.
• Introduce and sell stationery products, increase active customers in demarcated areas and channels, and conduct monthly Van sales trips to other nearby provinces.
• Build long-term, positive relationships with customers by addressing their needs and concerns, and collect market information such as industry information, competitor’s activities and promotions via market visits.
• Responsible for increasing brand presence, display facings, and achieving best display spots.
• Assist in executing marketing activations and trade promotions as planned by management.
• Perform administrative tasks to strengthen productivity, including Fixed Journey Plan (FJP), Daily Sales Report (DSR), Credit Review, and Quarterly reviews.

Grade 12 graduate minimum, Bachelor’s degree and above will be preferred Good communication in Khmer and English Good at computer skills (Ms. Office) Knowledge on stationery products will be a plus Sales experience at least 2 years Willing to travel to other nearby provinces (Van sales/Motorbike trips) Independent, organized, have good initiatives, humble, and willing to learn Able to think quickly on the spot during communication with customers, not afraid to face rejections, and following up with customers diligently
