Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective staffing plans.
Build candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, applicant tracking, and hiring reports.
Support onboarding, employee documentation, and basic HR administrative tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Assist with HR policies, employee communication, and other HR initiatives as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing methods, and hiring best practices.
Ability to organize priorities, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/recruitment tracking systems.
Professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively.
English communication skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.
