About the role

Develop debt recovery plans for delinquent clients and clients overdue by 360 days or more.
Assess and rank clients based on priority for resolution.
Conduct regular field visits to collect payments from overdue clients.
Create daily village visit plans for assigned areas and update managers and provincial branch directors weekly.
Develop strategies for resolving problematic loans.
Collaborate with branch staff to ensure effective problem resolution and plan achievement.
Report on daily and weekly results.
Cooperate with local authorities to resolve client issues.
Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, Microfinance, or an equivalent qualification.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to plan and work under difficult conditions.
Basic knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Experience with financial institutions is an advantage.

Bonus:13th month
