Architect / Construction Quality Inspector

• For Construction Quality Inspector: 1) Inspect technical blueprints and detailed drawings – ensure the construction project meets technical specifications and timelines.
• Must have experience in managing project accuracy and adherence to technical specifications.
• Provide technical advice and resolve site issues promptly.
• Prepare plans and set goals for effective management.

For Architect

• Age 22-35 years.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience.
• General and technical skills.
• Priority for those with experience in Interior Design.
• Good English communication skills.

- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Modeling, Visualize Rendering, Photoshop Editing. For Construction Quality Inspector

• Male, age 25-40 years.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience with construction companies.
• Good English communication skills.
• Proficient in viewing project blueprints and using Computer programs: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D.
