Oversee and refine the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analyses on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, spotlighting trends, variances, and overall business performance.
Execute financial modelling, scenario planning, and sensitivity analyses to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
Collaborate with department heads and senior leaders to provide financial insights that support business objectives.
Assist in developing presentations for executive management, board meetings, and other stakeholder engagements.
Serve as a strategic advisor, offering data-driven recommendations.
Track and assess key financial and operational metrics to gauge company performance.
Identify potential areas for cost savings and operational efficiencies, providing actionable recommendations.
Develop and monitor KPIs to assess and drive business performance, supporting continuous improvement.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting aligned with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Manage the preparation of financial reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and policies.
Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team, fostering a culture focused on continuous improvement and professional growth.
Oversee team workload, performance evaluations, and career development.
Assess and improve financial planning systems and processes to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
Implement best practices in financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate financial systems and ensure data integrity.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
3-5 years of experience in FP&A, with 2-3 years in a managerial role.
Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel capabilities.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Proven leadership and team management expertise.
High integrity, dependability, and a results-driven mindset.
Ability to collaborate and influence across all organizational levels.
Adaptability in a high-speed, deadline-driven environment with multitasking capabilities.
