Purchasing Officer (Oversea)

• The Purchasing Officer will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's procurement activities, particularly focusing on IT solutions and services.
• This role involves negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that all procurement activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors, particularly in the IT sector, to ensure they meet the company’s quality and cost standards.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to ensure continuous improvement in quality and service.
• Lead negotiations for contracts, including pricing, terms, and conditions, to achieve the best value for the company.
• Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts to ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
• Oversee the purchasing of IT hardware, software, and services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
• Manage the procurement process from requisition to payment, ensuring all purchases are documented and recorded accurately.
• Develop and manage procurement budgets, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and adherence to financial plans.
• Analyze and report on spending trends, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Identify potential risks in the procurement process and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior procurement staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams in procurement projects, ensuring collaboration and successful outcomes.

• good level is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. 2 years of experience in IT purchasing is preferred.
