Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees.
Maintain payroll records, employee data, and updates for salary changes, deductions, and benefits.
Verify attendance, overtime, leave, and other payroll inputs with HR and operations teams.
Ensure payroll calculations comply with labor laws, tax rules, and company policies.
Coordinate employee inquiries related to salary, deductions, and payroll adjustments.
Support HR administration and reporting tasks as needed.
Work closely with finance and management to ensure smooth payroll closing and documentation.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in payroll administration, HR operations, or compensation support.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor regulations, and confidentiality.
Good skills in Microsoft Excel and payroll or HR systems.
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and time management skills.
Good communication and coordination skills in a team-based environment.
Ability to handle sensitive employee information professionally.
Experience in logistics, transport, or a similar fast-paced industry is an advantage.
