The candidate will be responsible for organizing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and drive sales for the store. Responsibilities:

• Organize and implement online and offline marketing strategies to expand the market and increase sales.
• Create and manage innovative content for Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Prepare plans for new menu promotions, discount programs, and special store events.
• Shoot and produce engaging photos or short videos for social media promotion.
• Analyze market trends, study customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the store operations team to ensure a great customer experience in line with brand identity.
• Build and maintain good relationships with Influencers, Media Partners, KOLs, and VIP customers.
• Track and evaluate the results of promotional campaigns and prepare reports to improve work efficiency.
• Support sales activities and contribute to achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Experience working in marketing or sales for 1 to 2 years at least.

• Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector will be given special consideration.
• Creative thinking and passion for creating content or short videos for Facebook and TikTok.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other image and video editing software is a priority.
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, and flexibility in work.
• High sense of responsibility, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Interest and passion for working in the food and customer service industry.
