Plan and execute strategies for providing loans and other services long-term, annually, monthly, and weekly.
Develop monthly and weekly work plans.
Prepare monthly and weekly financial (cash flow) plans.
Study and evaluate new and existing operational areas (communes, villages).
Promote the institution's products and services.
Evaluate customers applying for loans, assessing their occupations, assets, and repayment sources.
Disburse loans and collect loan payments.
Monitor loans.
Resolve and assist in resolving problematic loans.
Address and coordinate any customer complaints or claims.
Prepare monthly and weekly reports summarizing plan execution (loan disbursement and savings) and work results.
Follow management directives.

Currently studying or completed a Bachelor's degree in Banking/Finance/Accounting/Economics/Management/Commerce.
Possess strong knowledge related to financial services.
Have good customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Have sufficient knowledge to read and write English.
Be proficient in using Ms. Office applications.
Possess good morals, good behavior, honesty, high commitment, discipline, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Priority will be given to candidates residing in the operational areas where the bank is recruiting.
