Support the implementation of ACP4Climate's GEDSI Strategy and Action Plan.
Provide GEDSI technical advice across program activities.
Manage the full grants lifecycle, from planning and award through to implementation, monitoring, reporting and close-out.
Deliver transparent, competitive and inclusive grant processes for local partners.
Ensure compliance with donor and organisational requirements, including safeguarding, PSEAH, child protection, fraud control, GEDSI and risk management.
Coordinate grant agreements, due diligence, budgets, milestones, reporting, payments and related documentation.
Monitor partner performance, expenditure and compliance, and support audits and field monitoring activities.
Build partner capacity and provide guidance on compliance, financial management, safeguarding and reporting.
Collaborate across technical and operational teams and act as a key contact for grant recipients.

Bachelor's degree in finance, administration, management, international development, or a related field.
Grants or partner fund management on donor-funded programs, with a sound understanding of the full grants lifecycle for 3 years.
English and Khmer language skills.
