Support procurement activities, including purchase orders, follow-up, and delivery tracking.
Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and logistics partners to ensure timely supply.
Maintain accurate records for orders, shipments, inventory, and related documentation.
Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment planning to prevent shortages.
Prepare reports, update databases, and support basic analysis of procurement performance.
Help resolve operational issues and escalate concerns to the supervisor when needed.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; ERP system experience is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team.
Good command of English; local language skills are an advantage.
