About the role

Manage daily petty cash operations, including opening, disbursement, replenishment, and closing activities.
Record all petty cash transactions accurately and timely in the ERP system.
Perform daily cash counts and reconcile physical cash against ERP records and cash count sheets.
Prepare payments for employee advances, reimbursements, local suppliers, and overseas suppliers.
Review all supporting documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper approval before processing.
Process clearing of trade payables to payment-in-transit accounts when payments are issued.
Monitor outstanding cheques and follow up with suppliers on clearance or withdrawal status.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations by matching company records with bank statements.
Report reconciliation issues and variances to the supervisor in a timely manner.
Post cash sales transactions accurately into the accounting system.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies in cash sales records.
Ensure proper tracking and documentation of all issued payments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Administration, or related field.
Partial professional qualification such as ACCA is an advantage.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Treasury, Accounting, Cash Management, or Payment Processing.
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or large corporate environments is an advantage.
Good understanding of accounting principles, cash management, and bank reconciliation.
Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Central.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI and PowerPoint is an advantage.
Good command of Khmer and English, both written and spoken.
