Custom Clearance Officer

This role is related to assisting in the preparation of customs documents, ensuring smooth customs clearance, and coordinating with the team, clients, and authorities. Key Responsibilities

• Collecting essential documents from clients
• Preparing, reviewing, and submitting customs and transportation documents for import/export.
• Coordinating with customs brokers, transportation partners, and relevant authorities to resolve issues.
• Tracking the status of goods and ensuring timely customs clearance to support shipping schedules.
• Verifying the accuracy of invoices, packing lists, permits, and related documents.
• Maintaining organized records and updating internal reports on customs and transportation.
• Supporting administrative tasks related to trade, distribution, and transportation operations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in customs clearance, import/export coordination, or administrative assistance is a plus.
• Good understanding of commercial documentation, shipping procedures, and basic customs terms.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and email.
• Ability to work in Toul Kork, Phnom Penh, and handle tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• Honest, proactive, organized, and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
