Digital Communication & Admin Officer

• Digital Communication On social media: Regular posting on social media, Facebook, Instagram etc.... the scope includes design, collecting data/photo/material necessary for the posting, daily interface with the master and teachers in order to be aware and collect all necessary information's required for the media postings On other media: Propose, design, and execute projects on other media such as: promotion video, banners, flyers, events, etc...
• Internal communication: design and execute posts, documents for internal use, internal communication to parents, for activities, student's yearbook, events etc....
• Web page/ google page: Maintain the webpage and google page, update data, etc....
• GOOGLE DRIVE: manage and maintain the google DRIVE of the Administration IT equipment: Purchase, maintain follow up and manage the IT equipment's, computers, retro projectors, printers, interface with repair shops, etc. Execute purchasing of equipment and goods for the , under the instructions of the master, within the rules and regulations as fixed by the Purchasing activity includes the search for suppliers, competitive bidding, writing purchase orders, following the execution of the orders, and follow up associated payments.
