Visit assigned routes and customers to promote products, take orders, and drive daily sales growth.
Build strong relationships with retailers and partners to ensure repeat and customer satisfaction.
Deliver accurate product information, pricing, and promotions to support effective selling.
Monitor stock levels, report market feedback, and coordinate closely with the sales team and warehouse.
Collect payments when required and maintain proper sales records, route reports, and customer updates.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Experience in sales, field sales, or route sales is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to independently, manage time well, and meet sales targets.
Familiar with Phnom Penh routes, especially Mean Chey, is an advantage.
Honest, proactive, energetic, and willing to in a trading/distribution environment.
Basic reading, writing, and reporting skills; can use mobile tools for daily.
Possess a valid motorbike driving license and own transportation is preferred.
