About the role

Plan debt recovery for de-registered clients and clients who are overdue from 360 days and above.
Evaluate and prioritize based on each client's urgency for resolution.
Go out to resolve and collect payments regularly from overdue clients.
Plan daily village visits according to each area managed and update the manager and provincial branch director weekly.
Develop strategies to resolve problematic loans.
Cooperate with branch staff to ensure effective problem resolution and achieve plans.
Report daily and weekly results.
Cooperate with local authorities in resolving issues with clients.
Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, or Microfinance Institutions, or an equivalent degree.
Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have planning capabilities and ability to work under pressure.
Have some knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
Have better knowledge of computers.
Experience with financial institutions is an advantage.

Compensation Details

Bonus:13th month
