Sales Executive

Grow sales, open new accounts, and collect payments for frozen meat and food products. The role focuses on daily customer visits, achieving targets, managing accounts receivable, and maintaining strong customer service and cold-chain standards. Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and daily route targets for volume, revenue, and sell-through.
• Visit customers daily, take orders, check stock, and submit next-day delivery orders.
• Open new accounts in assigned areas, including markets, restaurants, hotels, and mini-marts.
• Push priority, slow-moving, and near-expiry SKUs based on weekly focus and promotions.
• Collect payments on time, follow up overdue invoices, and keep AR within company policy.
• Use only approved price lists and report market prices, promotions, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams on timing, temperature, returns, and claims.
• Record sales, visits, and collections accurately; join meetings and support monthly reviews.
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve complaints quickly with proper escalation.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field preferred.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior sales experience in FMCG, food, or frozen products is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Able to visit customers daily and work with route plans and sales targets.
• Good number handling for sales volume, pricing, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Understanding of credit terms, receivables follow-up, and basic sales reporting.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams in a fast-moving environment.
• Familiarity with Phnom Penh market channels such as wet markets, restaurants, and mini-marts is an advantage.
• Willing to follow cold-chain handling standards and company sales policies.
