Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for local and native English teachers.
Coordinate visa extensions and permits for expatriate staff according to Cambodian regulations.
Maintain employee files, track leaves/attendance, and support payroll processing & NSSF compliance.
Oversee daily office operations, facility maintenance, and cleanliness across the campus.
Manage inventory and ordering for classroom materials and office supplies.
Draft bilingual announcements/memos and assist in organizing events and parent meetings.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, or a related field.
2+ years in HR & Administration (experience in an international is a plus).
Professional fluency in English and Khmer (Chinese is an advantage).
Basic understanding of Cambodian Labor Law, NSSF, and foreign permit processes.
Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite, strong communication skills, highly organized, and discrete with sensitive data.
