Design content and training materials for a 2.5-day ToTs on climate change and clean energy for participating pagoda members, government partners, Buddhist organisations, and Buddhist institutions.
Content covers fundamentals of climate change, clean technologies, waste management, Cambodia's clean energy landscape, rural electrification, and training skills.
Deliver two sets of ToTs on 'climate change and clean energy', including pre- and post-assessments to evaluate the learning outcome of participants, with one session delivered in Phnom Penh and one in Tboung Khmum province.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Master's Degree or Advanced degree in energy, environmental science/policy, climate change, public policy, development studies, educational pedagogy, or related disciplines.
Substantial experience in education, curriculum development, and training delivery.
Strong understanding of Buddhism and Buddhist education system in Cambodia.
Strong knowledge of climate change, environment, and clean energy.
Excellent communication skills.
