The project "Happy Cambodian Children" (HCC) will be publicly tendered for the construction of new school buildings, renovation of school buildings, sanitary facilities, handwashing stations, and libraries in a total of 04 target schools located in 03 provinces.

• Mondul Kiri Province: 02 schools
• Ratanak Kiri Province: 01 school
• Kratie Province: 1 school

• Companies must be legally registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
• Companies that are a single source or affiliated with each other can only submit one proposal.
• If affiliation is found, the proposal will be automatically rejected.
• Companies must have the capacity to complete renovation work within no more than 03 months and new construction within no more than 05 months (starting from the contract date).
• Companies can submit proposals for multiple schools.
• Companies that win the bid for new school construction and school building improvements will only be granted contracts for 2 schools and will not be allowed to bid for the supply/renovation and furnishing of furniture.
