About the role

Assist the department manager with daily administrative, operational, and coordination tasks.
Translate internal documents between Chinese, Khmer, and English accurately and promptly.
Provide interpretation support during meetings, client visits, and receptions.
Prepare meeting notes, organize reports, and enter data using basic office software.
Manage the manager’s tasks, follow up on tasks, and ensure action items are completed.
Communicate instructions clearly and support cross-functional coordination across projects.
Accept occasional travel as required to support operational needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in translation, administration, or related fields.
Strong command of Chinese, Khmer, and English; translation and interpretation ability is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software for data entry, reports, and documentation.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible, proactive, adaptable, and able to support occasional travel.
Prior experience in an assistant, administration, or translation role is preferred.
