About the role

Develop debt recovery plans for defaulted and overdue clients (over 360 days).
Assess and rank clients by priority for resolution.
Conduct regular field visits to collect payments from overdue clients.
Create daily village visit plans for managed areas and update management and provincial branch managers weekly.
Develop strategies for resolving problematic loans.
Collaborate with branch staff for effective problem resolution to meet plans.
Report daily and weekly results.
Work with local authorities to resolve client issues.
Perform other duties as required by the relevant supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, or Microfinance Institution, or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to plan and work under difficult conditions.
Basic knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience with financial institutions is preferred.

Compensation Details

Bonus:13th month
