Manage CFSWF's social media platforms and maintain a regular content calendar aligned with organizational activities and advocacy priorities.
Create clear and engaging content, including posts, photographs, short videos, graphics, interviews and stories.
Cover union activities, training sessions, meetings and campaigns, and prepare timely updates.
Develop accessible materials explaining rights, union activities and key advocacy messages.
Monitor comments and messages, respond to routine inquiries, and refer sensitive questions or cases to the responsible staff.
Track audience engagement and use the findings to improve content and outreach.
Obtain informed consent before publishing images or stories and protect confidential information.
Maintain regular communication with local union leaders and members to share information and gather updates on place concerns and union activities.
