Oversee grant and funding management and implementation across all organizational projects.
Ensure effective financial management, efficient administrative systems, compliance, strong internal controls, and proper management of organizational resources, while providing strategic advice to support informed decision-making and the achievement of DYP’s objectives.
Accountable for DYP’s overall financial and administrative operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and proper management of organizational resources.
Ensure accurate and timely financial records and reports in accordance with applicable Cambodian Financial Reporting Standards for Not-for-Profit Entities (CFRS for NFPEs) and ACAR requirements, using QuickBooks accounting system.
Oversee organizational administration, office operations, facilities, assets, and support services.
Develop, implement, and monitor administrative, staff, and office policies and procedures.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance appraisal, and staff employment matters.
Ensure compliance with labor requirements.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting (or equivalent experience).
Progressively responsible financial experience within a major NGO, company, or corporate division for 4 years as a minimum.
Professional proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and listening).
Proven leadership capabilities, assertiveness, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Computer literacy, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, QuickBooks, and internet research tools.
Strong working knowledge of budgets and budgetary control mechanisms.
