• Act as a core member of the teaching staff, seamlessly stepping into classrooms for full-time maternity cover or floating to deliver high-quality, age-appropriate lessons for students aged 3–6.
• Partner closely with lead classroom teachers to provide day-to-day instructional support and ensure a high standard of care and education.
• Design and lead small-group or individual "pull-out" intervention sessions to support early English acquisition, motor skills, and social-emotional growth.
• Actively champion and deliver our Early Years phonology program, introducing early phonemic awareness and "pre-literacy" skills to set the stage for reading goals.
• Facilitate an engaging learning environment that uses play, music, and discovery to build confidence and curiosity.
