Provincial Sales Coordinator

• Collaborate with local authorities in implementing the Angkor water filter promotion project (ceramic filters).
• Drive and lead the committee to collect or gather statistics of households without filters.
• Address challenges and provide support to the sales team and customers.
• Provide training on sales skills to the sales team.
• Manage and lead the sales team to operate the sales of Angkor water filters according to the plan.
• Train the sales team to be able to sell door-to-door in villages or by house visits and conduct sales promotion meetings.
• Monitor and track the sales performance of each staff daily, recording sales volume, sales revenue, and related sales process documents accurately and on time.
• Build good relationships with the sales team, customers, sales agents, local authorities, and communities.
• Responsible for managing provincial or regional stock.
• Travel to different provinces to perform duties.
• Implement and fulfill the role of Sales Manager under the direct leadership and management of the Marketing Manager.
