Request for Quotation for Purchase of Construction Materials

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) kindly requests your quotation for the provision of goods as described in the RFQ, specifically for the purchase of construction materials for relocation sites shelter repair/upgrade.

Suppliers are advised to study the instructions on the RFQ and adhere strictly to them as non-compliant quotations shall not be attended to. All quotations must be submitted before the deadline for submission of offers. Quotation validity: Minimum 60 days. Please refer to the attached item list for detailed units of measure. Suppliers in Cambodia are encouraged to apply. Delivery locations: Preah Vihear and Oddar Meanchey Provinces. Prices must include delivery costs. Suppliers outside Cambodia must quote on a DAP basis to Preah Vihear and Oddar Meanchey Provinces. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ information below. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation. Bidders are highly recommended to submit on Wave Portal.
