About the role

Develop debt recovery plans for delinquent customers.
Assess and prioritize customers for resolution.
Conduct field visits to collect payments from delinquent customers.
Develop daily village visit plans by area and update management and provincial directors weekly.
Create strategies for resolving problematic loans.
Collaborate with branch staff for effective problem resolution and plan achievement.
Report daily and weekly results.
Cooperate with local authorities to resolve customer issues.
Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, or Microfinance institutions, or equivalent.
Possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
Possess planning skills and ability to work under difficult conditions.
Have some knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
Have better computer knowledge.
Experience with financial institutions is an advantage.

Compensation Details
