• Prepare documents for new employees and enter their information into the company’s records.
• Enter employee monthly annual leave requests into the system.
• Review and summarize monthly employee fingerprint scans.
• Verify employee monthly overtime work records.
• Arrange and update employee information for NSSF monthly payments.
• Collect and release monthly payroll information of employees Update insurance enrollments for new and exiting employees.
• Track employee driver licenses to ensure they remain active and compliant.
• Submit registrations of employee workbooks and follow up on them.

Bachelor's Degree in Management, or related field Admin for 2 years is preferred
