Relationship Manager, Retail Banking

• Contribute to the branch's overall sales performance, profitability, and growth.
• Identify opportunities across retail, high-net-worth, and institutional clients, including referring potential opportunities to management.
• Promote and market the Bank's full range of products and services, including loans, deposit products, bank cards, fee-based services, and electronic banking channels.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, including loans and deposit growth.
• Expand the client base through networking, referrals, consistent follow-ups, and cold calling.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints related to the Bank's products and services, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
• Assist customers with applications and provide appropriate solutions based on their needs.
• Collect and prepare all required customer documentation and information for product applications (including loans and deposits), ensuring timely deal closure in compliance with Bank policies and regulations.
• Prepare simplified credit assessments (CA) and related documentation to support efficient loan processing and turnaround time.
• Monitor all sales performance and prepare individual performance reports.
• Participate in development initiatives, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.

Degree holder with 2 years related experience in sales & marketing in banking field or Diploma / secondary leaver with 3 years related experience in banking industry.
