The Event Associate is responsible for organizing events such as choosing venues, approving menus, developing seating plans, and evaluating success afterward and other assigned tasks.
Works closely with the Event Team to ensure all required tasks are accomplished and complete on the day-of-event.
Discusses layout options with clients and conducts venue walk-throughs.
Oversees order of events and maintains the appearance of the event site.
Manages logistics in preparation for events including setting up displays, presentations, and equipment.
Maintains client and vendor relationships, and serves as a point of contact on the day of the event.
Greets and directs guests to the event site.
Provides chalkboard signage and decorative accents for special events.
Communicates group needs with contacts and appropriate departments.
Executes and follows through with events.

Bachelor's degree of hospitality/hotel management, marketing and advertising or business management.
At least three years’ experience working in the planning or related field.
Be able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure.
Team spirit player.
