Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
Fresh graduates or those with work experience in microfinance, banking, or other financial institutions will be considered.
Ability to learn quickly, respond well, be proactive, and have a high commitment to work with attention to detail.
Age between 20 to 45 years old.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
Integrity, high responsibility, and strict adherence to the confidentiality of the institution and clients.
