SUMMARY Lead and manage the Finance & Accounting Division, providing strategic direction to the finance team and fostering a culture of excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and manage teams responsible for billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition. • Lead coordination of annual external audits and manage relationships with auditors. • Coordinate tax audits and manage interactions with tax authorities. • Present financial reports to the executive team and provide insights into financial performance. • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and report variances. • Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management. • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. • Oversee the execution process for the general account cycle, including identifying transactions, posting journal entries, creating trial balances and financial statements, and making adjustments.

• Proven experience leading a Finance & Accounting Division. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. • Experience with external audits and tax audits. • Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations. • Experience in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
