About the role

Contact and maintain relationships with customers to provide accurate product and service information.
Prepare and track orders, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery.
Support the sales team in preparing documents, price quotes, and daily/monthly sales reports.
Resolve customer inquiries, problems, and complaints quickly and professionally.
Maintain customer data and sales operations records accurately and up-to-date.

Requirements

High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business/marketing/sales.
Work experience in sales or Admin will be a special consideration.
Good communication skills, able to speak and write Khmer clearly; basic English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Proactive, honest, patient, and able to work well in a team.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks accurately.
