Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance regularly.
Identify new opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.
Coach and train sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
Handle key customers and support the team in negotiating important deals.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer service and sales operations.
Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Take responsibility for achieving sales revenue and growth objectives.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, with experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growth.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent customer relationship management skills.
Strong ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and opportunities.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to motivate, coach, and manage a sales team effectively.
Good command of English; Khmer is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales/CRM tools.
Highly motivated, responsible, proactive, and target-oriented.
Able to independently and under pressure.
Willingness to travel when required
