About the role

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online channels.
Create engaging content to promote products, build brand awareness, and attract new customers.
Support sales activities by handling inquiries, following up on leads, and converting prospects.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements to boost ROI.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information and timely promotions.
Maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat and growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or a similar commercial role.
Strong skills of social media platforms, online advertising, and content creation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic design or marketing tools.
Results-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced trading environment.
Experience in trading, e-commerce, or import/export is an advantage.
