About the role

  • IT Staff: Facilitate the installation of technology tools in accordance with organizational standards (communication, document sharing, and request system submission).
  • Serve as the first responder to users and monitor the request system and seek assistance from the IT Manager when needed.
  • Inspect camera security systems, visibility, and data backups.
  • Maintain and repair computers and install hardware/software, printers, cameras, card scanners, and install other network devices.
  • Maintain the server room and inspect electrical systems in cooperation with the administration department.
  • Assist the IT Manager in reminding staff of technology asset policies and cybersecurity training.
  • Request IT office supplies monthly.
  • Teach and work with the Education Manager to prepare computer class lessons appropriate for the curriculum for clients.
  • Plan monthly computer teaching activities and update children's attendance for the Education Manager.
  • Prepare monthly reports for the IT Manager.
  • Community Staff: Responsible for case management processes (estimating case plans, referring to services, monitoring, and closing cases) for clients in the community.
  • Develop case management plans and review cases with social workers before clients prepare for reintegration.
  • Coordinate clients to receive vocational training and find employment based on each client's case management plan.
  • Teach life skills lessons to client families in the community individually or in small groups.
  • Liaise with partner organizations to find services to meet the needs of clients and their families.
  • Participate in solving client problems in the community through case conferences with relevant departments.
  • Responsible for organizing related documents, inputting data, and securing client documents.
  • Arrange support for clients according to the case plan (accommodation, food, education...).

Requirements

  • IT Staff: Education Level: Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant technical degree.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of work and teaching experience.
  • Skills and Knowledge: General and technical skills.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Email, Excel, PowerPoint & social media, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier, Publisher and AI.
  • Basic knowledge of computer repair, network connection, and security cameras.
  • Soft skills: Age between 24 to 35 years and mature in applying work.
  • Enjoys teamwork and is creative in work, responsible.
  • Diligent, shows positive behavior, flexible, and patient.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to job duties.
  • Community Staff: Work Hours: Monday to Friday & 8 hours/day.
