About the role

Work with authorities and community members.
Map communities to identify target groups, resources, and challenges.
Organize community forums and meetings to disseminate community mapping results.
Run the Volunteer Education Program (tutoring and reading classes) by working closely with local authorities and student guardians.
Conduct home visits to encourage children facing difficulties.
Establish and strengthen youth clubs in communities to support and promote youth and child participation for community development.
Conduct awareness campaigns with youth clubs and other stakeholders.
Write proposals and manage small-scale projects (arts, sports, and/or university skills).
Enter data and manage monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tasks.
Develop monthly plans and reports and submit them to the program officer and community partners.
Foster citizenship and responsibility by acting as a good role model.

Requirements

Minimum of 9 to 12 months commitment.
Age between 20-30 years.
Bachelor's degree in any major.
Respect community culture, customs, and values.
Value volunteer work.
Willing to live in rural communities and commit to volunteer service for 9 to 12 months.
Willing to work in a team and learn new knowledge.
Be flexible, open-minded, and innovative.
