Coordinate with suppliers on technical requirements and product specifications.
Prepare technical specifications, compliance documents, and product comparisons.
Ensure equipment and products comply with required technical standards and specifications.
Assist with equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and site acceptance.
Perform basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and equipment inspections.
Assist with equipment demonstrations, presentations, and technical training.
Provide technical and after-sales support to customers.
Communicate with customers to understand technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Review technical catalogs, manuals, datasheets, and other product documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth project implementation.
Support site visits and equipment installation projects in different provinces when required.
Maintain proper records of installation, testing, maintenance, and technical support activities.

លក្ខខណ្ឌតម្រូវការងារ

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Engineering, Biotechnology or equivalent.
Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Familiar with computer use (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Optional: Canva, Google Docs).
Proficiency in Khmer and English.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a multicultural and scientific environment.
