• Develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned with commercial objectives.
• Prepare annual marketing budgets, campaign calendars, and implementation plans.
• Define marketing KPIs and evaluate campaign performance.
• Present marketing plans and results to senior management.
• Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across retail, tourism, digital, events, public relations, and partnerships.
• Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
• Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Develop marketing initiatives that increase retail traffic and sales.
• Support marketing for Artisans Angkor's boutiques, airport retail, and visitor experiences.
