• Lead the sourcing, negotiation, and execution of joint venture (JV) partnerships and strategic alliances to expand the Company's portfolio.
• Drive development initiatives by acquiring new clients, projects, and investment opportunities to increase the Company's revenue and market presence.
• Research and evaluate new opportunities within the property development sector by conducting feasibility studies and developing plans.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with real estate developers, investors, agents, consultants, third-party service providers, and other key stakeholders to support the Company's objectives.
• Prepare and present feasibilities report to shareholders/management.
• Develop key strategic programs and new revenue streamline to increase the company long term revenue.
• Study the market needs and trends and propose the expansion plan.
• Conduct Research and product development proposal.
• Develop marketing plans for new and/or current es by proposing strategies, tactics, and actions plans as well as marketing budget plan.
• Develop and manage all marketing communication tools including websites, newsletters, Facebook pages, brochures, flyers, banners and others.
• Ensure the marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing the plans.
• Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by managing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Provide regular reports to Managing Director on marketing and development activities.
• Other tasks assigned by top management.

Holds a Bachelor of Management with at least three to five years’ experience in in property development; 5-6 years’ experience in Cambodia prefer; Proven ing experience as a development manager or a relevant role; Strong oral and written communication skills in English + Chinese and the ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally; Honesty, reliability, commitment to strict confidentiality pay close attention to detail; Skilled in prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
